HermeticMind mobile app
Hear your affirmations wherever you are.
Spoken affirmations over music and theta binaural beats, any time of day. At bedtime, it follows the Nightly Protocol from The Kybalion Unlocked. iPhone first, then Android.
Put your headphones on.
Each session plays a focus's affirmations, spoken over music and theta binaural beats. A binaural beat is the small difference between the tone in your left ear and the tone in your right, so it needs headphones.
Six focuses, all included:
- Abundance
- Confidence
- Happiness
- Health
- Motivation
- Self-love

The mobile app carries out the night-time routine from The Kybalion Unlocked (p.92): one goal, in the hour before sleep, kept clear of everything else. Set a bedtime and the app times it for you.
- 2 hours before sleepBlue light off. Put on amber or red-tinted glasses, as the book advises.
- 60 minutes beforeDigital air gap. No more screens; the phone goes into airplane mode. The app reminds you when it's time, and its sessions play offline.

- 30 minutes beforeHeadphones on. A theta binaural-beat session, timed to end as you fall asleep.
- The last 10 minutesOne scene, replayed. Picture your goal already done, with the feeling that goes with it. Then sleep, and take in nothing more.
